Do you offer payment plans?

Projects use three milestone payments: 50% to begin, 25% after the design direction is approved, and 25% before launch. Custom schedules can be discussed for larger projects.

How quickly can we start?

Most projects can start within 2-4 weeks, depending on current workload. If you have an urgent timeline, mention it in your message and I'll let you know if I can accommodate it.

What if I'm not sure what I need yet?

That's completely fine! Our initial discussion is partly about helping you figure out what makes sense for your restaurant. No pressure to commit to anything.
